Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to provide safe, effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy and operate associated equipment. You will educate patients, monitor responses, document treatments, and assist in related clinic tasks in a fast-paced care environment.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, BLS/CPR, and hyperbaric training or credentials. The role supports wound care patients and may involve Vein Clinic tasks after training, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with healthcare eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification to be maintained throughout employment.
• Experience with wound care or critical care preferred.
• Licensed or certified as applicable in state of practice.
• Completion of required hyperbaric training/credentials as specified.

Responsibilities

• Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed, monitoring patient safety.
• Prepares, educates and orients patients for treatment and answers questions.
• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Documents daily treatments and wound care visits with accurate records.
• Supports vein clinic tasks after training and participates in safety drills.
• Performs other duties as required.
