Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy, monitor patients, and ensure safe chamber operation. The technician will work under the Hyperbaric Technical Director, physician, and technologists, contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and relevant allied health registrations; board certification in hyperbaric medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Paramedic, EMT, Respiratory Therapist, Military Corpsman, or other allied health professional as indicated by the NBDHMT.
• Board Certification in Hyperbaric Medicine preferred.
• 0–3 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the direction of the Hyperbaric Technical Director, physician, and technologists.
• Monitors patients before, during and after hyperbaric therapy.
• Ensures safe operation of the hyperbaric chamber and assists in delivering patient care.
