Job summary

Ridgeview in Minnesota is seeking a qualified professional to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by the hyperbaric leadership. Responsible for the safe and effective operation of the hyperbaric chamber and related support systems as well as the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to the hyperbaric patient.

This on-site role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle unpredictable situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid practical nursing license or equivalent.
• Current MN EMT or Paramedic certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Complete NBDHMT/UHMS hyperbaric course within one year.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient preparation for treatment.
• Operate and maintain the hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Monitor patients in the chamber.
• Reinforce education related to hyperbaric therapy.
• Document and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate safety standards with licensing/regulatory bodies.
• Back up Clinical Support I as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
