Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years experience in wound care and hyperbaric settings.
• Record data per policy and procedures and report observations.
• Hyperbaric certification within 1 year and BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with wound care team daily and communicates patient data.
• Maintains documentation in the EMR and ensures accuracy of records.
• Ensures safety and proper equipment sanitation per policy.
• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision and supports interprofessional team.
• Monitors patient status during hyperbaric therapy and reports changes.
