Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Advanced Wound Care & HBO Technician to support providers in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen settings. The role involves dressing changes, assisting with HBOT procedures, and maintaining accurate records of utilization and outcomes to support clinic operations.

You will watch for changes indicating advanced treatment candidates, coordinate product ordering and inventory, and help with documentation for reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Sound observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) is desirable.
• Active CMA/RMA or CNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist during dressing changes, debridement, and wound care procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and keep clinical areas clean and safe.
• Room patients, record vital signs, and assist with wound measurements and photography as directed.
• Coordinate product ordering, storage, inventory and expiration management.
• Support HBOT treatments, including safety checks and monitoring per protocol.
• Maintain logs for applications, product utilization, outcomes and denials.
