Mercy Southeast Wound & Hyperbaric Center seeks a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy per physician orders and to ensure the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and associated systems. The role requires relevant licensure/certification and completion of introductory hyperbaric training.
A high school diploma is required, with at least one year in a related field. The position offers full-time hours and days, with Mercy providing benefits and opportunities for
Competenze
- 1 year of experience in one of the listed fields (Respiratory Therapist, Military Corpsman, NP, EMT-Basic, Paramedic, RN, LPN/LVN, CMA/RMA, CHT, Physical Therapist or PTA).
- Active licensure/certification in one of the listed professions per the Wound Care Center requirements.
- Introductory Hyperbaric Training Course attendance/verification as approved by NBDHMT.
Mansioni
- Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed by Hyperbaric Physician.
- Ensure safe operation of hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems.
