Restore Hyper Wellness in Osseo, MN seeks a Hyper Wellness Representative to welcome clients, build relationships, and drive memberships and retail sales in a fast-paced wellness studio.

You’ll blend customer care with sales expertise, educate guests on therapies, coordinate onboarding, and support daily studio operations, helping clients achieve lasting health transformations while growing with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service required.
• At least 1 year in sales required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours highlighting the benefits of services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and address operational needs, support marketing initiatives and community programs.
