Job summary
Restore Hyper Wellness in Blaine, MN is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic wellness environment.
Schedule: 2–3 days a week; compensation: $17/hr plus commission, with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 year in customer service (required).
- At least 1 year in sales (required).
- Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead studio tours and highlight service benefits.
- Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
- Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
- Develop customized wellness plans to support long-term health.
- Consistently reach membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
- Guide onboarding, waivers, and POS profile creation.
- Manage scheduling, inquiries, and promotions.
- Support marketing events and community programs.
- Ensure smooth studio operations and hospitality standards.
- Promote Restore’s wellness mission in every interaction.
