Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, understand their wellness goals, and present membership options. You will contribute to a high-quality customer experience at our Chino Hills location and work toward meeting sales targets in a dynamic, wellness-focused environment.

The role requires 1+ year of retail customer service, flexible scheduling (Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sundays), and a commitment to health and wellness.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about health and wellness.
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Working a combo of two to three days between Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sundays are required.
• Communication and collaboration are among your strengths.
• You hold or are pursuing a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Engaging clients on their goals to present membership options.
• Hit sales targets.
• Assist clients over the phone and manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore’s values.

• Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.
