Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking Hyper Wellness Representatives who greet clients, assist with services, and help customers book and reschedule appointments, becoming the face of the location.

You’ll onboard new clients, complete waivers, educate on Restore services and wellness benefits, and contribute to a fun, wellness-focused culture that values teamwork and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients - complete medical waivers and create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and mission.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
