Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking Hyper Wellness Representatives to greet clients, assist with services, and guide them through bookings at our Buckeye location. You will help onboarding, explain care options, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest.

We value health-minded individuals with customer service experience, weekend availability, and a positive, collaborative attitude. Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 per hour with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail.
• Weekend availability is preferred or required.
• Working toward or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients—complete medical waivers and create profiles in our POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you outCommunication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
