A leading manufacturing solutions provider located in California is seeking a Production Manager responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities for complex Liquid Cooling products. You will focus on optimizing shop floor processes, ensuring quality, and meeting production schedules. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of manufacturing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. This role offers a salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in heavy electrical equipment preferred.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of production schedules.
• Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Monitor key operational metrics and take corrective actions.
• Manage introduction of new products into production.
