The role emphasizes education, patient comfort, and an inviting team environment with a 2‑day schedule from 9:00 to 4:00 and no weekends, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both team and patients.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and dental software.
• Licensed dental hygienist compliant with State Dental Board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures in line with state board requirements.
• Educate patients on prevention and links between periodontal and systemic health.
• Chart periodontal conditions and collaborate with Dentist on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional patient experience and maintain equipment.

Our private practice is seeking a Dental Hygienist that shares our passion for

Schedule:

We are a family focused team and our schedule reflects that. Hygienists will enjoy a 2

day work schedule from 9:0-4:00 and no weekends!

What you’ll do as a Hygienist:

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
