Sonrava Health is seeking motivated Dental Hygienists to develop our Hygiene program, promote lifelong patient relationships, and establish a leading periodontal, health-focused practice. The role involves technical dental duties, patient education on oral hygiene, nutrition counseling, and supporting overall oral health.

Essential Functions

• Review daily schedule with staff for hygiene patients
• Coordinate with front office for efficient scheduling
• Chart periodontal health accurately
• Communicate professionally with patients
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Administer local anesthetics (if permitted)
• Place medicaments for periodontal treatment
• Apply fluoride and sealants
• Evaluate and manage patient comfort and anxiety
• Record treatments accurately
• Educate and counsel patients on oral health and nutrition
• Update patient health and dental histories
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Handle records in compliance with HIPAA and office policies
• Participate in team meetings

Education & Experience

• Licensed to practice in the state
• Minimum two-year associate’s degree in dental hygiene or higher
• Experience in fast-paced dental environments preferred
