Cedar Walk Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. We are a modern, family-oriented practice delivering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care in a welcoming environment.

Hours: 8a-5p Mon-Wed, 7a-3p Thu. Competitive pay starting at $45/hr plus experience, with health benefits, PTO/holidays, 401(k) match, CE opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
• Deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience.
