Job summary

Absolute Dental is seeking a Hygiene Dental Assistant to join our Nevada-based team. In this role, you will support hygienists, prepare rooms, assist patients, and maintain infection control standards to ensure smooth patient flow.

We offer a $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and monthly bonus opportunities. Starting pay is $18+ per hour, with discussion after interview based on experience. Training is available for entry-level candidates eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental office.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rooms for hygiene appointments.
• Assisting with patient care and comfort.
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards.
• Supporting charting and documentation as needed.
• Helping with scheduling flow and patient transitions.
• Turning over rooms between patients.
• Supporting hygienists and team members throughout the day.

Incentives & Pay

Monthly bonus opportunities

$750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates

Starting pay: $18+/hour, depending on experience

Pay will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary based on each candidate’s experience, skills, background, and overall qualifications.

South Virginia Position

For the South Virginia location, Spanish-speaking candidates with dental experience are strongly preferred. The ability and willingness to travel is required for this position.

About the Hygiene Dental Assistant Role

As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental team to help create a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.

This role helps keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently while supporting patient care and overall office flow.
