Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures.
• Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients.
• Take and process dental X-rays as permitted by certification.
• Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.

Dental Assistant – General Practice

Starting at $17+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures
• Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
• Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
• Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post‑op instructions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast‑paced clinical environment

What We’re Looking For
