More About The Role

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring their comfort and providing education during treatment.
• Review patient health histories to support quality care.
• Assist hygienists during procedures, adhering to state dental practice laws.
• Prepare treatment rooms, including stocking supplies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Follow safety protocols aligned with OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

• On-the-job training; additional certification may be required per state.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must protect patient information and complete HIPAA training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
• TB test required before employment, excluding FL & TN.
