• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in labor-intensive roles preferred, hydrovac or construction a plus.
• Strong physical ability for outdoor work in all weather.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CDL HydroVac Operator in safe and efficient operation of HydroVac equipment.
• Support setup, maintenance, and breakdown of job sites and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.
• Perform general labor including digging, lifting, moving materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and storage of tools.
• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and vehicles.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings to enhance skills.
