Job summary

Power-Corporation-of-Americ is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate and maintain hydrovac trucks and associated equipment in support of utility construction and excavation projects.

The role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, a valid CDL, ability to pass pre-employment screenings, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts in compliance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant commercial driving or construction experience.
• Valid CDL appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, inspect, and maintain hydrovac trucks, construction equipment, machinery, and company vehicles.
• Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare construction sites by identifying and removing obstacles, debris, and hazards.
• Load, unload, transport, and secure construction materials and equipment.
• Complete required documentation and DOT inspection reports.
• Assist with daily field operations and routine jobsite cleanup.
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
