Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support construction projects. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance.

Starting rate is $53.08 per hour with union wages and benefits to be discussed with the Branch Manager. Candidates must meet CDL, OSHA 10, and travel requirements; PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment with high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig safely and efficiently to expose utilities and support construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols and work as part of a safety-focused team.
• Coordinate with supervision on project needs and site procedures.
