Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems, dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support essential construction projects.

The role emphasizes safety, detail orientation, and teamwork, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment safely to excavate and uncover utilities on various construction sites.
• Dig precisely and efficiently using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
