Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to support non-destructive hydro-excavation projects in the field. You will operate hydrovac equipment, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely uncover utilities and assist with construction tasks.

A safety-conscious, detail-oriented mindset is essential for this essential infrastructure work. We offer union wages with starting compensation of $53.08 per hour and benefits discussed with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Manual transmission experience (10-18 speed) with no automatic restrictions preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment and use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
• Contribute to construction projects while maintaining safety protocols and efficient workflow.
