Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Hydro Excavation Equipment: Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities and pipelines.
  • Ensure Job Site Preparation & Safety: Set up job sites according to company and client safety standards, including proper equipment positioning and PPE usage.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, conduct routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
  • Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all safety protocols, conduct site hazard assessments, and attend regular safety meetings.
  • Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste materials while ensuring environmental compliance.
  • Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with project managers and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
What You Bring To The Team
  • Class B CDL License with Tanker Endorsement (must operate manual transmission)
  • Proven experience in hydro excavation
  • Physical Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments
  • Strong Commitment to Safety and compliance with regulations
  • Ability to Pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. ALSO WILLING TO TRAVEL/WORK OUT OF TOWN.
