Job summary

Telecon is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our Civil Construction Team in Portland, OR, operating a Super Vac. You will support installation of telecom cables, drive multiple vehicle types, and participate in site logistics. Full-time with weekly pay, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Hydrovac truck experience.
• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement.
• Trained in operation and maintenance of the truck.
• Comfortable around underground utilities.
• Good communication in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and criminal check prior to employment.
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test per DOT requirements.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiar with DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Hydrovac truck and maintain the vehicle.
• Transport cargo and equipment safely.
• Complete daily maintenance per equipment specs.
• Move and install material per project plans.
• Complete driver’s logs, inspections, and reports.
