Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced HydroVac Operator to join a growing telecom construction team in the United States. You will operate HydroVac equipment on residential build-outs, performing hydro excavation around underground utilities and upholding OSHA safety standards.

You will complete pre-use inspections, work with field crews, and contribute to long-term network development projects. A 2–3 year track record with heavy equipment, OSHA 10 certification, and a safety-conscious,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HydroVac or heavy equipment operating experience.
• Previous construction industry experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and construction site procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a field-based construction team.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working in an outdoor construction environment.

• Operate HydroVac equipment safely and efficiently across residential telecom construction sites.

Our client is a well-established telecommunications infrastructure provider delivering large-scale network construction and deployment projects across the US. With more than 30 years of industry experience, they support major broadband and telecommunications programmes from initial design and engineering through to construction, installation and ongoing network development.

With long-term contracts and continued investment in their construction operations, they are looking for an experienced HydroVac Operator to join their team and support residential telecommunications build-outs.

As a HydroVac Operator, you will operate HydroVac equipment across residential telecom construction projects, supporting safe and efficient excavation around existing underground infrastructure.
