Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a Hydrovac Operator in Wilmington, NC. You will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and safely uncover utilities, supporting essential infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork in a dynamic construction setting. Eligible candidates should hold a valid CDL (A or B), be able to lift 50+ pounds, and be open to variable shifts and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and uncover utilities.
• Safely support construction projects and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in pre-employment screenings and maintain equipment and PPE.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
