Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Knoxville to operate high-pressure hydrovac equipment and contribute to essential infrastructure projects. You will dig safely, uncover utilities, and work as part of a safety-focused team in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications include a valid CDL (A/B), OSHA 10 preferred, manual transmission experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig safely and efficiently to uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in pre-employment screenings.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
