Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to responsibly operate hydrovac equipment, dig with precision, and help uncover underground utilities for various construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork on essential infrastructure work.
The position offers $30.00 per hour and higher based on experience, with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement; benefits include weekly pay, insurance, retirement plan, and training
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
- CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
- Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
- Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
- Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds in varying weather conditions.
- Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
