Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Hobbs, NM. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and expose utilities for construction projects, while upholding safety standards and efficient work practices.

The role offers $30.00 per hour and higher based on experience, with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement. Candidates must be prepared for variable shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) (preferred).
• Able to work variable shifts and travel up to 25%.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
