Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Spokane, WA. You will operate high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and safely, uncover utilities, and support essential infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission and working flexible hours are preferred.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% and lift 50+ pounds for manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and uncover utilities.
• Work safely onsite and contribute to construction projects.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
• You will undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings such as a driver's abstract review and drug and alcohol test
