Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems for safe excavation. You will uncover utilities and support diverse construction projects while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Role offers $30.50 per hour and up based on experience, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement; travel up to 25% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig safely and efficiently.
• Uncover utilities and contribute to construction projects.
• Maintain safety and report hazards in field operations.
• Be prepared for variable shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL

• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%

• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
