Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems for precise excavation and utility uncovering. You will be part of a safety-focused team on various construction projects, contributing to essential infrastructure work.

Compensation starts at $30.00 per hour with room for increases based on experience, and you will have opportunities for career advancement across projects and regions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

What We're Looking For:
