Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our field team. You will operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities on construction projects. We value safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with appropriate class
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 certifications preferred
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed)
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and withstand physical labor
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment with high-pressure water and vacuum systems
• Dig and uncover utilities safely on construction sites
• Maintain safety standards and work across shifts

$30.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
