Are you enthusiastic about safe excavation and skilled in operating hydrovac equipment? Join the Badger team as a Hydrovac Operator! In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. Pay rate $30 to $34.50 per hour with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently
• Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems for excavation
• Uncover utilities and assist in construction projects
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class A or B CDL license
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Minimum age of 21 years

What You'll Need for Success:

• Customer service orientation and comfortable with customer interactions
• Enthusiasm for safety and teamwork
• Technologically proficient
• Willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to pass a physical exam, driver's abstract review, and drug/alcohol screening
