Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems for precise digging and utility uncovering on construction projects. Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to work in varying weather conditions.

The role offers $30.00 per hour and up, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement based on experience. CDL is required; CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are preferred. Travel up to 25% may be requested.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Uncover utilities and contribute to construction projects while adhering to safety practices.
• Support essential infrastructure work and team safety in varying weather conditions.
