Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to perform precise excavations using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency on varied construction sites.

You will operate hydrovac equipment, locate utilities, and support projects with teamwork and a safety-first mindset. Applicants must meet basic physical requirements and be willing to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• CDL license required. CDL A or B preferred with clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% and lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
