Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac equipment, using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig, uncover utilities, and support diverse construction projects. The role requires attention to safety and precision in dynamic environments.

Compensation starts at $30.00 per hour with room for increases and advancement as experience grows. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 25% and be prepared for variable shifts and physical labor in

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
