Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems, digging with precision and ensuring safety on diverse construction sites. You will help uncover utilities and support essential infrastructure projects while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, availability for varied shifts, travel up to 25%, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Hydrovac experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
