Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to support digging and utility exposure using high-pressure water and vacuum systems on construction projects. You will work closely with the Hydrovac Operator to ensure precise digging, safety, and efficiency on site.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 50+ pounds, with OSHA 10 or related certifications preferred. This role offers opportunities for advancement and overtime pay.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required.
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Willing to travel up to 25% and operate hydrovac equipment safely.
Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor.

Responsibilities

Assist Hydrovac Operator with digging using high-pressure water and vacuum.
Uncover utilities and support construction projects.
Maintain safety and follow PPE procedures.
Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with crew for efficient workflow.
