Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Conway, AR is seeking Assistant Hydrovac Operators to support safe excavation with hydrovac equipment on critical infrastructure projects. You will assist with day-to-day operations, follow safety protocols, and learn in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Personal Protective Equipment provided.
• Must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings (driver’s abstract review and drug/alcohol test).
