The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing hydrostatic pressure testing on piping, vessels, and fabricated equipment while following strict safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on piping, vessels, and fabricated equipment.
• Set up hydrotest equipment, pumps, hoses, valves, gauges, and connections.
• Verify test components and ensure systems are properly prepared before testing.
• Conduct pressure tests according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and record pressure readings, test times, and results.
• Identify leaks, pressure loss, or other issues during testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and correcting test-related issues.
• Safely drain, depressurize, and prepare equipment following completed tests.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous hydrotesting or pressure-testing experience preferred.
• Experience working with industrial piping, vessels, or fabricated equipment.
