Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Hydrostatic Test Technician to operate and maintain a hydrostatic test chamber for sealed vessels and components used in autonomous underwater vehicles. You will verify watertight integrity, follow procedures, and document results to support production and engineering teams.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, high-pressure handling, meticulous data recording, and safety discipline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hands-on testing/inspection/manufacturing technician role
• Familiarity with pressure testing and leak detection
• Ability to read technical docs, drawings, and test procedures
• Strong attention to detail and data recording discipline
• Mechanical aptitude with high-pressure systems, pumps, gauges
• Effective communicator of test results to teams
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor hydrostatic test chamber and procedures
• Install fittings, plugs, seals, and fixtures for testing
• Visually inspect for leaks, defects, and nonconformities
• Record test parameters and results; complete test reports
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures
• Follow safety protocols for high-pressure testing
• Coordinate with production and engineering on results and issues
• Contribute to test procedure improvements and efficiency
