Qualifications

• 4+ years in hands-on testing, inspection, or manufacturing technician role.
• Familiarity with pressure testing and leak detection processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, procedures, and docs.
• Disciplined data recording and following procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with high-pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor hydrostatic test chamber.
• Prepare components with fittings, seals, and connections.
• Visually inspect for leaks, defects, and anomalies; document findings.
• Record test parameters and results; generate test reports.
