Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Hydromat/CNC Operator to join our precision manufacturing team in Indiana. You will set up and operate Hydromat machinery, interpret blueprints, and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure tight tolerances.

The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting production activities with attention to safety and quality. The ideal candidate has CNC experience, reads technical drawings, and can work independently in a fast-paced

• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate part manufacturing.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products with precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering to all safety standards.
• Document production activities, part checks, and create job tags for quality assurance.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with CNC machinery, G-code programming, and tooling setup.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical schematics.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work independently.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to Have Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in CNC manufacturing environments.
• Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining.
• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of chip management and material handling.
