Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Hydromat/CNC Operator to join our precision manufacturing team in Indiana. You will set up and operate Hydromat machinery, interpret blueprints, and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with CNC machinery and G-code.
• Ability to read calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety standards.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Hydromat machinery to produce precision parts per blueprints.
• Interpret drawings and quality sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts with precision tools to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and document production activities.
• Create job tags for quality assurance and traceability.
