Job summary

Prime AE Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Project Manager - H&H to lead drainage remediation projects for the Maryland SHA. You will manage design through PS&E, permitting, bidding, and construction support, coordinating with SHA staff, design consultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and a valid Professional Engineer license, with Maryland SHA project delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in transportation, drainage, or infrastructure projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Prior Maryland SHA project delivery experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHA drainage remediation projects from design through PS&E, permitting, advertisement, bidding, and construction support.
• Coordinate with SHA offices, design consultants, survey teams, utilities, environmental agencies, and construction personnel.
• Review design plans, constructability, cost estimates, and milestone submissions; provide technical comments.
• Gather background information including surveys, right-of-way, utilities, and environmental features.
• Maintain project tracking systems and provide regular status updates to SHA.
