Qualifications

• More than five years’ experience in Hydraulics & Hydrology with a focus on VDOT.
• Familiar with FHWA, USACE, and AASHTO design guidance.
• Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects.

• Execute and coordinate design projects independently.
• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.
• Prepare and review technical documents.
