GHD invites a senior hydrology leader to join our California team across Irvine, Long Beach, Los Angeles, or San Diego offices. You will lead multidisciplinary hydrogeology and water projects, win new work, and mentor a small team in a hybrid work model.

You will oversee studies guiding well siting, groundwater development, and long-term resource planning, leveraging regional client relationships and our global water expertise to deliver impactful community outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is required.
• Master’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience is required.
• California Professional Geologist license is required.
• Certified Hydrogeologist certification is preferred.
• Strong client relationships in the region are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hydrogeological studies by selecting boring and well locations, overseeing data collection and interpretation, and contributing to well proposals.
• Serve as a seller-doer who builds client relationships and wins new work.
• Manage new and established projects from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor a team of three to five direct reports.
• Lead proposal development for new pursuits.
• Manage the delivery of interdisciplinary projects.
• Perform senior-level quality assurance and quality control reviews.
