HRG, a nationally recognized, employee-owned consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager | Hydrogeology in the Harrisburg, PA area. You will lead groundwater resource, water supply, environmental, and hydrogeologic projects, coordinating engineers, scientists, GIS specialists, and planners to deliver sustainable solutions for communities.

The role requires experience in groundwater supply development, aquifer testing, modeling, and permitting, with strong leadership and client management

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hydrogeology and project management experience.
• PG license preferred; GIT designation may be considered.
• Experience with groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, permitting, and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead groundwater resource, hydrogeologic, environmental, and water supply projects through all phases of planning, investigation, permitting, and implementation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, GIS specialists, planners, and contractors.
• Conduct hydrogeological investigations including drilling oversight and aquifer testing.
• Develop hydrogeologic reports and presentations for clients and regulators.
